Denholtz Associates Inks Lease with Awesome Zone to Bring Children’s Play Center to Piscataway Corporate Center
Piscataway, N.J. (November 15, 2017) – Denholtz Associates, a privately held, fully integrated real estate development, investment and management company, has announced that Awesome Zone, LLC has signed a lease for 13,085 square feet of space at 145 Ethel Road West in the Piscataway Corporate Center in Piscataway, N.J.
Awesome Zone will be utilizing the space to open a children’s play center featuring dozens of inflatable elements. The Piscataway Corporate Center is a 65,000-square-foot, two-building industrial park offering excellent access in its location between Route 1 and I-287 and the Edison Train Station. The buildings boast 22’ ceilings, energy efficient HVAC systems and ample parking. The combination of a superior location and a flexible design made the Piscataway Corporate Center an ideal destination for Awesome Zone to open their facility.
