Denholtz Associates Appoints Hawley Realty, Inc. as Exclusive Lehigh Valley Leasing Firm

MATAWAN, N.J.  Denholtz Associates, a New Jersey-based real estate development company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Hawley Realty, Inc. as the exclusive leasing agent for two premier, flex-industrial buildings totaling 162,300 square feet in Allentown, Pa. In total, Denholtz owns and manages a diverse portfolio of office, industrial and flex space with more than 1,000 tenants spanning six states and almost six million square feet.

Amy L. Hawley, SIOR, President and Broker of Record, and Paul F. The strategic location of the facility provides immediate access to I-78, the region’s major east-west interstate, and is just west of the interchange of I-78 and the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
