David Chkheidze Transitions To Director Of Retail Leasing & Development
Massey Knakal Retail Leasing Services is pleased to announce that David Chkheidze will be transitioning to Director of Retail Leasing & Development. In addition to David’s current responsibilities as Director of Retail Leasing for the Upper West Side and Morningside Heights, David will work closely with recently checked out agents to help them understand the intricacies involved with learning one’s territory, how to identify market opportunities and to procure new listings. David will also serve as an additional resource to help the agents hone their day to day efforts pertaining to marketing, presentations and lease negotiations.
“David has consistently demonstrated excellence as a retail leasing professional and a selfless desire to assist his colleagues to help them succeed. These additional responsibilities are a natural progression for David’s role at the company,” said Todd Korren.
