Cushman & Wakefield's Ben Brenner Promoted to Director
Ben Brenner has been promoted to Director by Cushman & Wakefield, announced Kim Brennan, the commercial real estate services firm's New Jersey market leader. The youngest Director in New Jersey, Ben is based in Cushman & Wakefield's Morristown office.
"Ben has proven to be a true advocate for his clients, and his dedication to the highest quality of service is reflected in his track record of assignments." said Brennan. "As a Director, he will continue to expand his client base and focus to a greater extent on corporations with a national and global footprint."
Among his honors, Brenner has been named a Normandy Real Estate Partners' Broker of the Year, and was part of a team that garnered NAIOP New Jersey's Creative Deal of the Year award. In 2013 he was named Cushman & Wakefield's Associate Director of the Year.
Consistently a top producer in his peer group, Brenner's clients represent virtually every business sector; technology, pharmaceutical, media, law, apparel, financial services, insurance, and not-for-profit.
Brenner is also an active member of the New Jersey Chapter of the US Green Building Council, Cushman & Wakefield's Tenant Advisory Group ("TAG") and is the founder and President of Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity's 370-member Tri-State Alumni Association.
"Cushman & Wakefield has provided me with the opportunity to work alongside the industry's top talent and access a service platform for my clients that is second to none." said Brenner. "I appreciate the recognition and look forward to the future."
