Cushman & Wakefield Sells Mixed-Use Building in Hudson Square
A mixed-use building at 512 Greenwich Street, located between Spring and Canal Streets in Manhattan’s Hudson Square, was sold in an all-cash transaction valued at $3,700,000.
The four-story building contains approximately 3,024 square feet and sits on an 18.75’ x 40.33’ lot. The building has two separate entrances – one for the basement and ground floor and another for floors two through four. The building was previously all residential, but the ground floor could easily be converted to a restaurant or retail space. The property was delivered vacant and also holds additional air rights. The sale price equates to approximately $1,224 per square foot.
“This building was owned by a good friend of mine and I’m delighted that the buyer will be completing his original vision,” said Cushman & Wakefield’s Robert Burton, who exclusively handled this transaction.
