Cushman & Wakefield Sells Mixed-Use Building in Bensonhurst
A mixed-use building at 2021 86th Street, located between 20th and 21st Avenues in Brooklyn’s Bensonhurst neighborhood, was sold in an all-cash transaction valued at $2,600,000.
The three-story building contains approximately 3,800 square feet on a 20’ x 100’ lot. The sale price equates to approximately $684 per square foot.
The property is ideally located just steps from the 20th Avenue D train station and the B1 bus stop. Additionally, it is situated on one of the busiest streets of a high traffic retail corridor. Neighboring retailers include Planet Fitness, Vitamin Shoppe, Foot Locker, GNC, and Chase Bank.
“The property sold for a record breaking price per square foot for a three story building in Bensonhurst. We had several offers at the asking the price of $2,500,000 and the owner ended up signing a contract for $100,000 above the asking price,” said Cushman & Wakefield’s Jeffrey A.
