Cushman & Wakefield Sells 49-Unit Apartment Building in Inwood
An apartment building at 125 Seaman Avenue, located between West 204th and West 207th Streets in Manhattan’s Inwood neighborhood, was sold in an all-cash transaction valued at $15,800,000.
The six-story, elevator-serviced building contains approximately 42,108 square feet and sits on a 100’ x 100’ lot. It consists of 49 units, of which 44 are rent stabilized, three are free market, one is rent controlled, and one is a basement super’s unit. The sale price equates to approximately $375 per square foot.
