Cushman & Wakefield Retained Exclusively to Sell Two Adjacent Mixed-Use Buildings in Flatbush

04/02/2015

Cushman & Wakefield has been retained on an exclusive basis to sell two adjacent mixed-use buildings at 1424-1426 Nostrand Avenue, located on the corner of Nostrand Avenue and Martense Street in Brooklyn’s Flatbush neighborhood.  The asking price is $2,700,000.

The offering consists of two, three-story buildings that combine for approximately 7,800 square feet, with four residential apartments and three retail units.  Each building sits on an approximately 20’ x 80’ lot, receiving great exposure from tremendous foot and car traffic.

The properties are located one short block from the busy Church Avenue and Nostrand Avenue retail corridors and the Church Avenue 2/5 train station. Nearby tenants include McDonald’s, Walgreens, Chase Bank, Little Caesars, and Baskin-Robbins.

These properties are being marketed exclusively by Cushman & Wakefield’s Thomas A. Donovan and Richard Velotta.
