Cushman & Wakefield Inks 50,664 SF Industrial Renewal in Herndon, VA
Long-time tenant Linden Resources has renewed its lease totaling 50,664 square feet at an industrial building in Herndon, Va., announced commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. The McLean, Va.-based industrial team of Jon Lawrence and Michael Stuart represented landlord OTR, an institutional pension fund.
Linden Resources has renewed at 13882-13886 Redskin Drive and 13890-13094 Redskin Drive. Through its affiliate SOC Enterprises, Linden Resources contracts with local and state government agencies to provide vocational services for people with disabilities, and also provides employment opportunities in two commercial ventures it operates. The tenant was represented in the transaction by Sean Weidlein of CBRE.
"Both of the Redskin Drive addresses are in one building, and the renewal encompasses two blocks of space within that building," said Lawrence. "The building, which totals 146,988 square feet, currently has a bay of 7,920 square feet available for lease."
"With this renewal, the landlord is pleased to continue tenants' relationships by meeting their warehouse and distribution needs."
