Cushman & Wakefield Completes 8,300 Square Feet of Headquarters Leases at Glenpointe

Commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield has completed headquarters leases totaling 8,300 square feet with three companies at Glenpointe in Teaneck. The firm's East Rutherford, N.J.-based team of Richard Baumstein, Marc Graham and Christian Politan represented both Glenpointe ownership Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, based in Hackensack, N.J., and the trio of new tenants in the transactions.

In the largest transaction, Armand Resource Group, Inc. (ARG), a business management consulting firm, leased 5,300 square feet in an expansion and relocation of their corporate headquarters. "We required additional space to accommodate the growth of the company," said Gale Saunders Jenifer, ARG's vice president-administration.

"Glenpointe offers a prime location, close to transportation and major highways," she said. "It provides secure office buildings and parking facilities, with access to the hotel, spa, restaurants and banking. It also provided us with the opportunity to re-design and restructure our workspace to meet our specific needs, and allowed us to remain in Teaneck for the benefit of our clients and employees."

Glenpointe's location is key - it is strategically situated at the intersection of I-80 and I-95, just three miles from the George Washington Bridge, with easy access to New York and New England and such major thoroughfares as the New Jersey Turnpike, Garden State Parkway and Routes 4 and 46, and all area airports.

In the other signings, PriceManager and Majestery have leased a combined 3,000 square feet, also for the companies' headquarters operations. PriceManager is a subscription-based software service that collects competitive retail pricing data, and Majestery develops and manages customer loyalty programs.
