Cushman & Wakefield Commerce’s Dana Baird Elected to Real Estate Advisory Board


Dana Baird has been elected to serve on the Ivory Boyer Real Estate Center Board. Baird, who is the executive director of the Cushman & Wakefield Commerce office division in Salt Lake City, joins a board comprised of the major players in the Utah commercial real estate industry.

The Ivory Boyer Real Estate Center is run through the David Eccles School of Business and the University of Utah. The Center prepares the next generation of leaders in real estate through three major initiatives the state-wide Utah Real Estate Challenge, education, and research.

“I am grateful to be appointed to the Ivory Boyer Real Estate Board. As I have always been extremely impressed with the group and the work they do,” said Baird. “This is an exciting time for Utah’s commercial real estate market, and I look forward to assisting the Center in its mission.”

Baird will serve two-year term, which began January 1, 2017, on the Ivory Boyer Real Estate Board, which is currently chaired by Flynn Dawson. More information about the Board can be found at
