Cushman & Wakefield Commerce Grows St. George Team with the Addition of Seasoned Commercial Real Estate Pro, Mike Hillis
The St. George office of Cushman & Wakefield Commerce today announced it has added industry veteran Mike Hillis, SIOR, CCIM to its team. As a Senior Director, Hillis focuses his efforts on industrial leasing and sales and investment opportunities for clients.

From 2006 to 2012, Hillis served as Managing Partner for the Cushman & Wakefield Commerce’s Las Vegas office after 12 years as a broker in the Salt Lake office. To compliment his professional experience, he has achieved the designations of both Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and The Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR). He is also a licensed Business Broker.
Hillis has served in many commercial real estate leadership positions outside of his role a as a commercial real estate broker including National Speaker of the Council of Presidents, Executive Committee, Board Member and Chapter President for SIOR. He has served as a Director of the Commercial Alliance of The Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR), as a member of the Professional Standards Committee of SIOR, Trustee of the SIOR Foundation, and education chairman for the Southern Nevada chapter of SIOR. In 2013 and 2014, Hillis served as the International President of SIOR. He graduated from The University of Oregon Business School with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Industrial Management.
