CRUNCH GYM TO OPEN FIRST SOUTH CAROLINA LOCATION IN NORTH CHARLESTON IN DECEMBER 2016

 

Charleston, SC (December 6, 2016) NAI Avant is pleased to announce that Crunch North Charleston, a franchise of Crunch Gym (Crunch), will debut its first fitness center in South Carolina this month (December 2016). NAI Avant broker Jered Wilkerson represented the tenant in the transaction, while Peter Vick of Divaris Real Estate Inc. represented the landlord, Hawthorne North Rivers, LLC.

 

Crunch North Charleston will occupy 27,000 square feet of the Promenade at Northwoods retail plaza at 7800 Rivers Avenue, joining anchor tenants Gander Mountain and Toys ‘R Us, among others. This premier location will serve as a full service fitness facility, offering personal training, exercise classes, a tanning bed, a HydroMassage machine, a fitness studio, locker rooms, a kids’ area, over 70 pieces of cardio equipment, a wide variety of machines, free weights and a nutrition program.

 

Originating in Manhattan in 1989, Crunch has over 160 locations across the United States and Australia. Renowned for providing luxury fitness at affordable pricing, the franchise has grown to serve over 400,000 members.
