Crossman & Company Closes Shopping Center Sale
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (July 12, 2016) -- Crossman & Company, one of the Southeast’s largest retail leasing, property management and investment sales firms, has completed the sale of Regency Pointe, a shopping center with 67,712 square feet of retail space at 9430 Arlington Expressway in Jacksonville, Fla. to a Real Estate Investment Fund based in Arizona.
Crossman & Company Director Brian Carolan represented the seller, a special servicer located in South Florida, in the $4.2 million transaction. Regency Pointe is 50 percent leased and sits on 6.76 acres.
“This is a great repositioning prospect in a historically strong area of consumer activity. The new owners have an opportunity to create a destination point given the center’s visibility and enormous commuter traffic that passes the location on a daily basis,” noted Carolan.
Serving Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia, Crossman & Company has experience selling shopping centers, strip malls, single-tenant, triple-net assets, as well as mixed-use and lifestyle properties.
