Crossman & Company Announces New Burger King for the Shoppes at Del Prado in Fort Myers

FORT MYERS, Fla. (June 21, 2016) — Crossman & Company, one of the Southeast’s largest retail leasing, property management and investment sales firms, has added a new Burger King restaurant at the Shoppes of Del Prado in North Fort Myers, Fla. to its impressive leasing portfolio. 

Senior Associate Sandra Woodworth finalized the deal, bringing Burger King to the popular shopping destination anchored by a Publix Supermarket at 17960 N. Tamiami Trail.

“Burger King sits on just over an acre, and is an excellent addition to the tenant mix at the Shoppes at Del Prado. The restaurant concept compliment  the other commercial development at the Intersection of US 41 and Del Prado,” Woodworth said.

A national brand for over 50 years there are over 14,000 Burger King restaurants in 100 countries. Brandon Eggleston of RMC Property Group represented the restaurant in the deal.
