CREW Network Launches Affiliate Group in the UK

CREW UK, an affiliate of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network, has been established to advance the achievements of women in commercial real estate in the UK. On April 25, CREW UK will hold a launch and recruitment event, Bold Steps for Action, at Deutsche Bank’s London office. The event will include a reception, inspirational keynote speakers and networking with key professionals from across commercial real estate.

 

Renowned journalist and women’s advocate Harriet Minter will lead a thought-provoking, inspiring programme featuring fellow talkRadio "Women's-Hour" presenters and company founders Natalie Campbell and Emma Sexton.

 

“After personally experiencing the power of the CREW Network in the US and Canada, I am thrilled to be able to introduce CREW’s diverse network and mission to the UK,” said Julia Nott-Macaire, Executive Director of Procurement Principles Ltd and a member of CREW UK’s Leadership Committee “We are looking forward to bringing together leaders from over 35 different disciplines within the commercial real estate industry, whilst being part of an established organisation that supports the advancement and achievements of women, globally.”

 

Members of the media are invited to attend and will have the opportunity to interview the keynote speakers, members of the CREW UK Leadership Committee and CREW Network leaders in attendance. 6:30 p.m. - Welcome remarks by CREW UK Leadership Committee member Julia Nott-Macaire and

                  CREW Network President Alison Beddard

6:45 p.m. - Harriet Minter, with radio presenters Natalie Campbell and Emma Sexton, on inspirational women in leadership

7:15 p.m. - "Bold Steps for Action" CRE industry panel discussion with audience participation, moderated by Minter. Panelists include Beddard; Nigel Shilton, Deloitte; and Kathryn Harrison, Deutsche Bank.

7:45 p.m. - Networking

8:30 p.m. - Event concludes
