Boyd will serve as broker of record for team of advisors on Suncoast
SARASOTA, Fla. – Jim Boyd, MAI, has been appointed a commercial real estate broker at SVN Commercial Advisory Group, managing director Matt Christian announced this week. In this capacity, Boyd will serve as the broker of record for the firm’s advisors, overseeing contract negotiations and supporting a collaborative culture of entrepreneurial agents.

Boyd’s background spans more than 40 years in appraisal, commercial real estate sales and development. Receiving his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 1980, Boyd is also a state-certified general appraiser, a licensed real estate broker and a state-certified general appraiser instructor. He will continue to run ValueNet Inc., a trusted commercial appraisal company for the Suncoast community since 1999.
