CPEX Negotiates Lease of Two Retail Spaces:

Brooklyn, New York – The CPEX New York Retail Leasing Team is proud to announce the completion of two leases at 150 4th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11217, also known as the Arias, and 1 South Elliott Place, Brooklyn, NY 11217. At both locations, CPEX’s Retail Leasing team, consisting of Managing Directors Eric Altschul and Ryan Condren and Associate Kristina Triglia, represented the landlords in negotiating ten year leases.
At 150 4th Avenue in Park Slope, CPEX rented approximately 500 square feet of retail space to Finest Cleaner, a drop-off dry cleaner that will service the rapidly growing residential community along 4th Avenue near the Atlantic Terminal. This is the team’s third retail lease in the Arias.There is one additional space of approximately 1,900 square feet still available for lease at an asking price of $50 per square foot.
In Fort Greene, Mr. Altschul, Mr. Condren, and Ms. Triglia placed a bakery in the 1,200 square foot space on the corner of South Elliott Place and DeKalb Avenue, directly across from the Fort Greene Park and Brooklyn Tech High School.
“The demand for retail in both Park Slope and Fort Greene is extremely high. We received multiple offers from both local and regional tenants, which allowed the landlords to choose tenants that will service the community and believe these tenants will have great success in the years to come,” said Kristina Triglia.
