CPEX Leases Boerum Hill Retail Space along Atlantic Avenue:

New York – The New York Retail Leasing team is proud to announce the completion of a retail lease at 288 Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11201. Located just off the corner of Smith Street and Atlantic Avenue in the heart of Boerum Hill, the property features 1,400 square feet of ground floor commercial space in a four-story mixed-use building.

CPEX’s Retail Leasing team, consisting of Managing Director Ryan Condren and Associate Kristina Triglia, represented the landlord in negotiating the ten-year lease agreement with the new tenant, SUPRA, who was represented by Michael Yadgard and Noelle Mastrangelo of Maxwelle NY. SUPRA, a skate shoe company, is one of the leading footwear brands in today’s street wear. The space will be SUPRA’s first location in Brooklyn, joining other new tenants in the area, such as Lululemon Athletica, Burger on Smith, and Sottocasa.

“Retail in Boerum Hill continues to evolve. Atlantic Avenue and Smith Street are among the most vibrant retail corridors in the city,” Triglia said. “This is our second deal on Atlantic Avenue in the past month, bringing exciting new tenants to the neighborhood.”
