CPEX completes a lease acquisition for Bespoke Education in Brooklyn N.Y.

New York – The CPEX New York Leasing Acquisitions team is proud to announce that Bespoke Education, a prominent academic support provider with offices in Paris, France, Los Angeles, Manhattan and Westchester, has signed a lease for a 1,100 square feet office space at 32 Court Street, Brooklyn, N.Y. The lease is spanning over a period of seven years and will help Bespoke Education expand its business and establish a presence within the downtown area of Brooklyn. Bespoke, provides specialized tutoring services for students of all ages.

Marissa Harrison, Esq. from the New York Acquisitions team of CPEX Real Estate helped Bespoke select the perfect location to their Brooklyn outlet. The landlord was represented by Chris Havens of the Creative Real Estate Group.
