Courtney Horry Transitions To Executive Assistant To Vice Chairman
Massey Knakal Realty Services is pleased to announce that Courtney Horry will be transitioning to an Executive Assistant role working with Vice Chairman and Partner John Ciraulo and his sales team. Courtney came to Massey Knakal in 2011 as a full-time administrative assistant providing day-to-day administrative support to the Manhattan office. In 2012 she was promoted to Administrative Support Specialist – assisting in the processing of sales data and closed transactions among other administrative duties.
Courtney comes to Massey Knakal from PeopleFindersPlus where she provided temporary reception and office support to various clients including Halstead Properties, MTV and Macmillan Publishing.
Previously, she was as Interim Facilities Coordinator at Calvin Klein where she successfully coordinated the management of corporate office facilities, effectively delegated to a staff of seven employees while administering vendor relations, and executed project management for the 2011 PVH Cares Fundraiser event and Fall 2011 Men’s and Women’s Collection shows.
As Office Manager of Emdin & Russell, LLP, Courtney provided top level assistance as the firm’s forefront, where she managed daily office operations and provided administrative support to two attorneys. She also acted as an interpreter for native Spanish speaking clients.
During her time as a temporary Assistant Product Manager at Farrar Straus and Giroux, Courtney successfully maximized tutorial production after becoming self taught on Adobe Captivate, a previously unfamiliar software program.
Earlier, at 125th Street Business Improvement District, Courtney provided general administrative support to the president and CEO, compiled monthly web site traffic statistics, edited reports and studies for publishing, and assisted in the coordination of the organization’s annual meetings. She was the company’s first staff member to successfully remodel the organization web site, which has since changed.
Courtney received her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish studies and Literature at the University of Delaware and received a certificate in Business Administration.
