Baltimore, Md. – KLNB, the full-service commercial real estate brokerage, announced today that it has named Vitamin®, the web and public relations agency, its agency of record (AOR). This newly expanded partnership deepens the companies’ working relationship of more than 13 years. As AOR, Vitamin is now handling KLNB’s fully integrated marketing-communications strategy, inclusive of rebranding, press relations, website redesign, social media and ongoing SEO. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Vitamin also handled the subsequent announcement around the appointment of KLNB’s new president and COO, Marc Menick, a veteran in the commercial real estate industry. The agency has also led press strategies for several other KLNB corporate announcements and commercial real estate trend pieces across the mid-Atlantic, including D.C., where the firm is actively expanding.
