Commercial Properties Inc. Announces $4.5 Million Sale of the former Brentwood Industries Building in Surprise, Arizona
Surprise, Ariz: Commercial Properties, Inc./CORFAC International. (CPI), Arizona’s largest locally owned commercial real estate brokerage, is pleased to announce the sale of the former Brentwood Industries industrial manufacturing building. The property is located at 13770 W Peoria Avenue, just east of Litchfield road with frontage on Peoria Avenue in Surprise, Arizona.
