Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors Furthers Southwest Expansion
SALT LAKE CITY(Oct. 8, 2015) – Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors (CBC Advisors), an independent affiliate of Coldwell Banker Commercial, announced today further expansion of the company throughout the Southwest.
“A decades-long dedication to advancing economic development throughout the communities we serve transcends the Intermountain Region,” said Lew Cramer, president and CEO of CBC Advisors. “We look forward to supplying the Southwestern United States with a platform centered around fiduciary partnerships in which maximizing client return stands preeminent.”
The company will extend institutional-grade property management offerings to Arizona and Nevada with new office locations in Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Reno. The expansion effectively doubles a 7-million-square-foot Asset Services portfolio to over 16 million square feet of properties currently under management.
“With absolute regard to detail and performance, leadership teams seamlessly transitioned more than 9 million square feet of institutionally-owned commercial properties,” said Rob Cord, president, Asset Services, CBC Advisors. “Portfolio growth resulted not through an acquisition but a move of individual property managers from one platform to another. These managers discovered an interdepartmental environment where both property managers and accounting personnel collaboratively operate to achieve the highest level of performance for their clients.”
Current clients include Cabot Properties, Colony Capital, Citivest, Four Corners Properties, Northwestern Mutal Life, Ridge Capital Investors and Prudential Real Estate Investors.
“At the conclusion of 2015 CBC Advisors will manage a portfolio of properties in excess of 20 million square feet,” said Cramer. “As CBC Advisors grows throughout the country, executive management will commit every available resource to provide superior technology, tenant services and financial reporting for clients.”
