Cognizant Signs 64,000-Square-Foot Lease at SJP Properties’ Somerset Corporate Center II

SJP Properties, one of the New York Metropolitan Area’s most active development companies, today announced that Cognizant has recently signed a lease to occupy 64,000 square feet at Somerset Corporate Center II in Bridgewater, N.J. 

The leading provider of information technology, consulting and business process outsourcing services joins a high-caliber tenant roster that includes global health care company Allergan, which recently signed a 93,000-square-foot lease for space at the Class A building. Cognizant, which is based in Teaneck, N.J., is relocating from another property in Bridgewater, and expects to be in its new space in the fourth quarter of 2012.
