Christopher Fojo Brings 20 Years of Experience to SVN Florida’s Growing Central Florida Team

Orlando, Florida (November 17, 2014)—A highly experienced commercial real estate Advisor,Christopher Fojo, CCIM, has joined the Central Florida team of SVN Florida.  Fojo brings 20 years of experience to the SVN team with expert knowledge in all property types and a track record of successfully serving local, national and multi-international clients.

A well-seasoned commercial real estate Advisor, Fojo consistently provides his clients with strategic insight, support and guidance, with expert knowledge in acquisition and disposition, investment analysis, market analysis, site search and financial modeling.

During his commercial real estate career, Fojo has served and guided a number of multi-national firms throughout the Caribbean—from Jamaica in the north to Trinidad and Tobago in the south—including such notable companies as 3M, BP, Shell, Repsol, Atlantic LNG, British Gas and Sagicor. Most recently, Fojo has been active in the Orlando market in addition to many areas in the English-speaking Caribbean.

Fojo earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in finance and a minor in real estate, from the University of Central Florida. He also successfully participated in professional real estate courses at the prestigious MIT Center for Real Estate in Boston, and continues to pursue educational opportunities in order to better serve his clients.

He obtained the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2009, which is one of the most highly recognized designations in the commercial real estate industry. Fojo currently sits on the CCIM Central Florida District Board of Directors and chairs the University Alliance committee and will serve as treasurer for the Central District in 2015.

Fojo also is a past president of the Association of Real Estate Agents (AREA). As a member of the educational committee of AREA, he assisted in developing the sales person-training course, contributed to the development of the AREA broker course and was responsible for the creation and development of the standards of practice for AREA members.
