Cervelli Management's Pahos elected President of NJ POA
Cervelli Management Corp is proud to recognize one of its own. Tom Pahos, senior property manager with Cervelli Management with over 25 years of service to the company and the industry has been elected this year to serve as president of the New Jersey Property Owners association.
The Property Owners Association of New Jersey, Inc. exists to bring together owners and operators of residential real estate, interested persons, and related industry personnel for educational and information sharing purposes. The organization is comprised of owners and managers of apartment units and other individuals who work in fields related to the housing industry.
The Property Owners Association was founded more than fifty years ago for the purpose of joining together owners of multi family real estate and other interested persons for their mutual benefit. The POA conducts bi – monthly general membership meetings; publishes a magazine “News & Views” ten times a year; offers the POA Management Guide via download, which contains the most up to date forms, documents and research material that comply with governmental rules & regulations; develops new forms and techniques to make property management easier; and involves itself in local and state issues for the benefit of the industry.
Tom Pahos has served the property management industry for nearly a quarter of a century and his expertise is a benefit to the board, Cervelli Management, and the many residents and professionals who come in contact with Tom. He had a long background of managing low income, subsidies, USDA and senior hosing facilities and has been awarded the CAM designation as a Certified Apartment Manager. Cervelli Management Corp also holds the Accredited Management Organization certification, which is the highest Management designation, awarded to a company by the Institute of Real Estate Management.
