CBRE’S CHERYL HARDT ELECTED PRESIDENT ICREW NJ
SADDLE BROOK, N.J. (Feb. 29, 2012) –CBRE, New Jersey’s largest commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced today that First Vice President Cheryl Hardt was recently elected as the 2012 President for ICREW NJ. Ms. Hardt replaces Sheila Nall of KSS Architects.
Based in the Saddle Brook office, Ms. Hardt consults owners and tenants throughout Northern New Jersey to create real estate strategies for the disposition and acquisition of commercial real estate. With more than 19 years of experience, she is recognized for her ability to create innovative solutions to real estate requirements and achieve results.
Last year, she was part of the CBRE team that was awarded the NAIOP Economic Impact Deal of the Year Award. In 2007, Ms. Hardt was one of 14 professionals selected nationwide to participate in CBRE’s High Potential Program.
