Expanding precision plastic product maker relocates
BOSTON (Apr. 28, 2014) — CBRE/New England announces a new lease signing at 6 Delaware Drive in Salem, New Hampshire. Foxx Life Sciences, a leader in filtration and fluid management products for research, biotech and pharmaceutical markets, signed a 18,302 square foot lease at the property.
“With over 40% growth in 2013, we needed a new and much larger facility that was located in southern New Hampshire and had the ability to show well with biotech and pharma customers,” stated Thomas Taylor, President and CEO of Foxx Life Sciences. “CBRE/NE provided us with many opportunities and helped us with overall transition. They worked with us from start to finish and helped us establish a new, quality location at a reasonable price.”
CBRE/New England’s Chris Healey, Associate in the firm’s Manchester, NH office, represented the tenant.
“We are pleased to have facilitated this transaction on behalf of Foxx Life Sciences,” noted CBRE/NE’s Healey. “We worked together closely to understand their specific needs and came up with a real estate solution that properly matched their situation. We wish Foxx Life Sciences well as they take on the next stage in their corporate growth.”
Constructed in 1987, 6 Delaware Drive Crossing is a 20,700 square foot industrial/flex building located in Salem, New Hampshire. The property is easily accessible due to its location next to Interstate 93 by the Massachusetts-New Hampshire border. Nearby amenities include The Mall at Rockingham Park.
