Gate City Charter School to 7 Henry Clay Drive, Merrimack
New 17,850 square foot lease executed in New Hampshire
BOSTON (July 9, 2014) — CBRE/New England announces that Gate City Charter School, an elementary public charter school, has signed a new lease at 7 Henry Clay Drive in Merrimack, New Hampshire. The school will occupy 17,850 square feet and is scheduled to open in September for the 2014 school year with 140 students, with anticipated growth in 2016 to 180 students. Gate City Charter School will have an arts-integrated curriculum for grades K-8.
