SADDLE BROOK, N.J. (January 19, 2012)– CBRE, New Jersey’s largest commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced today that three long-term leases have been signed at Two Tower Center Blvd., a 400,000-sq.-ft., premier Class-A office building located in East Brunswick, N.J. 


·       PNC Bank signed a 129,672-sq.-ft. renewal for its regional headquarters. The bank exchanged the 19th floor for the ninth and extended its lease for three years.


·       The New Jersey office of law firm SorinRoyerCooper signed a long-term lease and expanded from 5,400 to 19,452 sq. ft.


·       Merrill Lynch signed a long-term lease for 8,849 sq. ft. of space.


CBRE was named the exclusive leasing agent for the property in early 2011 by Sentinel Real Estate Corporation. Joseph Sarno, executive vice president, Jeremy Neuer, senior vice president, Robert Dinner, first vice president, Wesley Moore, senior associate and John Goodwin, senior associate, were on the CBRE team for these negotiations.David Simson, vice chairman, Newmark Knight Frank represented PNC, while Thomas Giannone, managing principal, and Ronald Ganter, managing principal, CresaPartners represented SorinRoyerCooper. Merrill Lynch was represented by Dan DePalma of Jones Lang LaSalle.

Two Tower Center Blvd. is situated in East Brunswick, within New Jersey’s Middlesex County, at the intersection of Route 18 and the New Jersey Turnpike, with access to Route 1, one of the area’s main thoroughfares. The building sits within a three-building complex, which is comprised of two 24-story office towers, which are among the tallest structures in Central Jersey, as well as a 12-story, 405-room Hilton Hotel.

The prominent tenant roster also includes Wipro Technologies, LS Power and CBRE’s Central New Jersey office. Space is divisible from 2,500 sf and amenities include a full-service cafeteria, 24-hour security, on-site building management, a destination based elevator system and a seven story covered parking garage. The adjacent Hilton offers a fitness center, two restaurants, and a state-of-the-art conference center.

As a suburb of New York City, East Brunswick sits just 41 miles southwest of New York’s Times Square, with approximately 75 percent of its working residents commuting to New York City daily.
