The CBRE industrial team of Scott Belfer, senior vice president, and Lou Belfer, senior vice president, completed the transaction. The father-and-son duo specializes in industrial properties in central New Jersey and work out of the firm’s East Brunswick, N.J. office. 


Scott Belfer is the exclusive national representative for Pacific Logistics, a third-party logistics provider (3PL) for clothing companies.
