CBRE INDUSTRIAL TEAM SECURES LEASE FOR PACIFIC LOGISTICS

SADDLE BROOK, N.J. (Feb. 27, 2011) –CBRE, New Jersey’s largest commercial real estate brokerage firm, announced today the firm represented Pacific Logistics in the leasing of 85,800 square feet at 111 Interstate Boulevard, South Brunswick, NJ.

 

The CBRE industrial team of Scott Belfer, senior vice president, and Lou Belfer, senior vice president, completed the transaction. The father-and-son duo specializes in industrial properties in central New Jersey and work out of the firm’s East Brunswick, N.J. office. 

 

Scott Belfer is the exclusive national representative for Pacific Logistics, a third-party logistics provider (3PL) for clothing companies.

 

“We were able to find a first-class property with easy access to major routes of transportation in a popular location,” said Scott Belfer. “Pacific Logistics will be able to better serve its growing clientele in this up-to-date, well-located setting.”

 

The 293,800 square-foot state-of-the-art building offered Pacific an 85,800 square-foot unit with 2,700 square feet of office space, 32-foot ceilings and 19 tailboard doors. It boasts a location at Exit 8A off the New Jersey Turnpike and offers Turnpike exposure.
