April 2014:CB NEW HOMES, one of the leading sales and marketing organizations in the tri-state area homebuilding industry, was honored with a number of awards at the 27th annual Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards Banquet, held March 27th at Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City. The SAM Awards are presented every year by the New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) to honor the industry’s most creative and successful sales and marketing initiatives, including excellence in residential design and marketing programs within the state of New Jersey.
CB NEW HOMES received a total of twelve awards at this year’s ceremony. The firm was honored for work done on behalf of one of its premier clients, Mark Built Homes, as well as work done on its own behalf. CB NEW HOMES represents Mark Built Homes for the sales and marketing of 14 Euclid at Summit Place, a collection of luxurious townhomes and one-level residences at the renowned Summit Place community in downtown Summit, NJ. 14 Euclid at Summit Place received SAM awards in categories honoring best logo design, best brochure, best landscaping, best luxury mid-rise, and best luxury townhomes. Most impressively, 14 Euclid and CB NEW HOMES took home one of the coveted “Community of the Year” awards, one of the highest honors given each year to only a select few communities which have demonstrated excellence across the board in sales and marketing efforts and achievements.
CB NEW HOMES was also recognized for marketing efforts on its own behalf, receiving SAM awards in categories honoring best black-and-white ad, best internet promotion, best direct-mail piece, best builder/broker program, best marketing strategy, and one of the evening’s prestigious “Marketing Director of the Year” awards, presented to CB NEW HOMES Vice-President, David Schoner.
