CARLSTADT, N.J. (Jan. 3, 2014)— NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, today announced that Cathay Home has signed a 20,000-square-foot lease at Gotham Industrial Park, 350 Gotham Parkway, in Carlstadt, N.J.

Cathay Home, which signed a long-term lease, will use the space as a warehouse and distribution facility for its linens and bedding manufacturing business, which is headquartered in New York City.

NAI Hanson Vice Presidents Jeffrey W. DeMagistris and Thomas A. Vetter and Sales Associate Nicholas Herrick represented the tenant in the transaction.

“While the Meadowlands submarket continues to tighten, we’re pleased to have the opportunity to pair this company with such an ideal warehouse space,” Rubin said. “Once we identified the correct facility, we were able to proceed with a speedy transaction that will have Cathay Home’s first distribution center up and running in no time.”
