Knoxville, TN (June 2014):  A new case study released by NAI Knoxville highlights the process and results of a challenging sale in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.

Belle Island Village was a stalled development project (50%-70% complete) with 280,000 SF of themed retail. The lender, Regions Bank, wanted the project sold.
