Capital Freight Leases Industrial Building in Pioneer Business Center
Newmark Grubb ACRES (NGA) is pleased to announce the lease of 88,000 SF to Capital Freight Management. Located at 1855 S Fremont Drive in Salt Lake City, Utah, this industrial building sits on 5.6 acres in the Pioneer Business Center.
Newmark Grubb ACRES Vice President Eli Priest represented Capital Freight in this transaction. Executive Vice President Jeff Heaton and Senior Vice President Lucas M. Burbank represented the landlord, Colony Industrial.
Capital Freight Management is in the agriculture industry and will be buying local hay and barley to ship oversees to China and other Asian countries.
Regarding the transaction, Priest said, “The requirement was not your typical requirement. But once we found the right building, we were able to work closely with Colony Industrial. We quickly came to terms and had both the Landlord and Tenant excited to move forward.”
