California Investor Acquires 6th Michigan Office Property
CALIFORNIA INVESTOR ACQUIRES 6TH MICHIGAN OFFICE PROPERTY
TROY, MI (July 12, 2017) - L. Mason Capitani CORFAC International is pleased to announce the sale of the 30,760 square foot, multi-tenant office building located at 2150 Butterfield Drive in Troy, Michigan. This sale represents the sixth such property acquisition in the metropolitan Detroit by California based LSTC Michigan, LLC with their other holdings being located in Troy, Rochester Hills, Beverly Hills and West Bloomfield. Mason L. Capitani represented the purchaser as well as the seller, Wilson Real Estate II, LLC in the transaction. He will also continue to oversee leasing at the property for the new owner under the new building name, Butterfield Park Place. Originally built in 2004, the building offers unique characteristics such as covered garage parking, highly upgraded finishes and a park setting while being located just seconds from the Somerset Collection and I-75. The final sale price was not disclosed. The asking price for the property was $3,995,000.
