Bussel Realty Reports Third Quarter 2013 Results In New Jersey
EDISON, NEW JERSEY (October 21, 2013) – Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading corporate and industrial real estate services firm in New Jersey, today announced its closed over 40 leasing and sales transactions during the third quarter of 2013, completing more than 726,600 sf of office, industrial, and retail commercial real estate deals in New Jersey. Year-to -date the firm has completed over 124 transactions totaling more than 3,178,000 sf.
“In spite of the summer slowing as is typical in the commercial real estate industry, BRC still closed several significant transactions in the Port Newark and Middlesex County markets,” stated President Steve Bussel, SIOR. “Through one of the most experienced brokerage and marketing staffs in New Jersey, and our nimbleness in decision-making and execution, we continue to experience outstanding results for our clients and company.”
Several notable transactions completed during the quarter included:
- Lease of 143,115 sf at 8 Corporate Place, Piscataway, NJ to All Seasons Foods
- Lease of 70,000 sf at 1000 Jefferson Avenue, Elizabeth, NJ to Duro Standard Products
- Lease of 52,000 sf at 1000 Jefferson Avenue, Elizabeth, NJ to McGinley Transport Services
- Lease of 35,000 sf at 1000 Jefferson Avenue, Elizabeth, NJ to I&L Distribution
