Bussel Realty Corp. Renews 29,053 SF Lease at 120 Fieldcrest Avenue in Edison, New Jersey
EDISON, NEW JERSEY (December 16, 2015) - Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading corporate and industrial real estate services firm in New Jersey, today announced A B & S Warehouse/Amalfe Brothers Inc. (“A B & S”) has renewed its 29,053-square-foot lease at 120 Fieldcrest Avenue in Edison, New Jersey, a 106,000-square-foot industrial property.
A B & S has utilized BRC Senior Vice President Herb Zimmerman as its brokerage representative for the past 40 years. The landlord for the property, Summit Associates, was represented in-house. Zimmerman and Vincent Visceglia of Summit Associates worked together on this 7-year renewal transaction.
