(ETI) has leased 24,235 square feet at 209 40th Street in Irvington, New Jersey, a 44,311-square-foot industrial property. Senior Vice President Herb Zimmerman of BRC was responsible for the transaction and represented the tenant. NAI Hanson represented the owner.
