EDISON, NEW JERSEY (November 15, 2016) -- Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading corporate and industrial real estate services firm in New Jersey, today announced HL Onlineparts Inc. has signed a long-term lease for 20,300 square feet at 1301 West Elizabeth Avenue in Linden, New Jersey, a 150,000-square-foot industrial property.
Earl Lapides, senior vice president, of BRC represented the landlord while Weichert Commercial represented the tenant. HL Onlineparts is relocating from Brooklyn, New York. With HL Onlineparts’ occupancy, 1301 West Elizabeth Avenue will be 100 percent occupied.
Totaling 150,000 square feet, 1301 West Elizabeth Avenue is located in close proximity to Route 1-9, Exit 12 of the New Jersey Turnpike, Port Newark/Elizabeth, Newark Liberty Airport and the Goethals Bridge to Staten Island and Brooklyn, New York. The property features 16- to 22-foot ceiling heights, 40-foot by 50-foot column spacing, tailboards and drive-ins, 800-2000 amps of electric power, wet sprinklers, and 50 parking spaces.
