Bussel Brokers Sale Of 600 Green Lane in Union, New Jersey
EDISON, NEW JERSEY (OCTOBER 21, 2014)– Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC), a leading industrial real estate services firm in New Jersey, today announced it has brokered the sale of 600 Green Lane in Union, New Jersey, a 91,000-square-foot distribution and headquarters facility. The property was sold for $6.6 million to Millstein Acquisitions and D’Artagnan. Senior Vice Presidents Robert Sager and David Blitt represented the owner in the transaction. Blau & Berg represented the purchaser.
