Builder to Pay Closing Costs for Buyers at Lofts at Town Center

Robbinsville, NJ, May 2016: This spring, Sharbell Development is offering a special new incentive at The Lofts at Town Center, a popular condominium community located in Robbinsville. Now, for a limited time, the builder will pay closing costs up to $3,000 on any home purchased that closes within 90 days from when buyers sign their contract. This new incentive is being offered in addition to any other incentives currently available from the builder at The Lofts – and it’s proving to be quite popular, according to Loretta Vingara, Sharbell Sales Manager. “Buyers really like this incentive,” said Vingara. “As a result, we have been selling at a brisk pace.” More details about the incentive can be provided in the sales center at Springside at Robbinsville.

The Lofts at Town Center is conveniently located in one of Mercer County’s most desirable areas, with an appealing “urban village” blend of stylish, sophisticated condos amid a retail square that includes stores, restaurants and services. “The community really appeals to such a variety of buyers, including young families, singles, and move-down buyers who are looking for the ideal setting,” Vingara stated. Residents appreciate the easy access to the mix of outstanding shops and restaurants just steps away from their homes in Town Center, including DeLorenzo's Tomato Pies, Dolce & Clemente Italian Gourmet Market, Gloria Nilson Real Living, Injeanous Women’s Boutique, Jack N Jules Men's Shop, Cherry on Top Ice Cream Shop, Centro Grille, VC SalonSpa @ Town Center, Yummi Sushi, Robbinsville Cleaners, Comfort Keepers, SadieCake's Cafe, Tobacco Leaf, and more.

One- and two-bedroom condos are available at The Lofts, including the popular “townhome” style, which features two levels. The same luxury features that have always made The Lofts at Town Center so desirable are included: granite kitchen countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood flooring in the kitchen and living areas, and ceramic tiled baths. Residents at The Lofts also enjoy the decorated buildings, full use of the on-site fitness center and lounge, reserved parking and additional storage space. Pricing begins from the $200s.

Homeowners at The Lofts enjoy easy commuting or travel throughout the Garden State or to New York, with the New Jersey Turnpike just four miles away. Route 130 is even closer, and the Robbinsville area provides quick access to several other major thoroughfares, including Interstates 195 and 295, and Routes 1 and 206. The Hamilton and Princeton Junction NJ Transit train stations are nearby, as well.

Make plans to visit The Lofts soon to tour the furnished model and to learn more about current incentives, availabilities and opportunities to be part of this unique community. The Lofts is open daily from 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (closed Monday and Tuesday). For directions or additional information, call (609) 223-3902; or visit
