Broker Continuing Education Courses - 12 Credits in One Week
CoreNet Global NJ (Corporate Real Estate Network of New Jersey), the New Jersey State Chapter of CoreNet Global, in cooperation with I-CREW NJ (Industrial Commercial Real Estate Women, Inc.) has scheduled two New Jersey Real Estate Licensee Continuing Education courses for Wednesday, May 16, 2012 and Wednesday, May 23, 2012 from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon each day. The courses will be conducted at 56 Livingston Avenue in Roseland, New Jersey. Networking and a Continental Breakfast will be available beginning at 8:00 A.M.
The Industrial & Office Real Estate Brokers Association (IOREBA) is offering additional NJ Real Estate Commission approved Continuing Education courses in the same location on Monday, May 21, 2012. Combining classes on both days will earn the necessary 12 Continuing Edication credits that brokers require.
Each CoreNetNJ/ICREW course is eligible for three (3) Continuing Education (CE) credits for Real Estate professionals. Courses are offered by the Professional School of Business, an organization approved by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission to conduct real estate licensing and continuing education.
Instructor will be Mel Lissner, a real estate professional for the past 25 years and past President of the NJ Chapter of the Real Estate Educator’s Association.
On May 16, CoreNetNJ/I-CREWNJ will offer “Agency Overview – Risk Management.”
On May 21, IOREBA will offer "Core Principles & Updates in NJ Real Estate"
On May 23, CoreNetNJ/I-CREWNJ will offer “Agency as it Relates to the Practice of NJ Real Estate.”
Pre-registration is required and may be accomplished online at http://register.corenetnj.org. The fee is $40 for CoreNetNJ/ICREW NJ members and $75 for non-members.
