Bridge Property Management Gains 9.4% Year-Over-Year Rental Growth with Yardi RENTmaximizer
Property and asset manager increases rental income with flexible and transparent revenue management system built into Yardi Voyager
SANTA BARBARA, CALIF., Sept. 29, 2015 — Yardi announced today that Salt Lake City, Utah-based Bridge Property Management has reported significant rental income growth using Yardi RENTmaximizer™, a dynamic revenue management system built into Yardi’s full business real estate software platform featuring the core Yardi Voyager® property management and accounting solution.
Bridge Property Management sought a more flexible and customizable option for revenue management and finally selected Yardi RENTmaximizer to drive the portfolio’s revenue forward. Currently, the company uses Yardi RENTmaximizer to price approximately 27,000 multifamily units. Bridge Property Management has reported 9.4% year-over-year same store rental income growth for properties priced with Yardi RENTmaximizer (Q1 and Q2 2015 vs. Q1 and Q2 2014).
