FORT LAUDERDALE, FL– Brenner Real Estate Group, a full service commercial real estate firm based in Fort Lauderdale, FL with offices in Melbourne, FL, has announced two office expansions and leases within Oakland Park, Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale and, FL.
Brian DePotter, CCIM, Commercial Associate/Investment Sales, and Peter Messina, CCIM, SFR, Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, were responsible for the following transaction:
*Dynamic Counseling, LLC has expanded its office space by 3,198 SF to total 6,396 SF and extended its sublease within 2424 West Oakland Park Boulevard, Oakland Park, FL. Mr. DePotter and Mr. Messina represented the sub-landlord, Gateway-Acentria Insurance, LLC. Co-broker representing the tenant was Pat Montalbano of Pat Montalbano Realty.
Adam Starr, Senior Vice President, Commercial Brokerage handled the following two transactions:
*Ammunition Fund, LP has leased 2,391 SF of office space within the City National Bank Building, 7000 W. Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton, FL. Ammunition Fund is a subsidiary affiliate of Ammunition Depot, an online retailer for top quality American-made self-defense and practice ammunition. Mr. Starr represented the tenant. Jason Carros of Stoltz Realty Co. of Florida, Inc. represented the landlord, 7000 West Palmetto I, LLC.
*Service Planning Corporation, a 25-year-old privately owned full service insurance and financial services consulting firm, has expanded by 806 SF to total 2,296 SF within Spectrum One office building, 4901 NW 17th Way, Fort Lauderdale, FL. Mr. Starr represented the tenant. The landlord, Spectrum Park I, Joint Venture, was represented by Alan Levy, Levy Realty Advisors, Inc.
Betty Geller, Commercial Associate, and Ken Silberling, Vice President Business Development/Commercial Brokerage negotiated the following new lease:
*Keystaff, Inc., a staffing company in operation since 1997, has leased 1,279 SF of office space within Cypress Commons, 1500 W. Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL in a relocation from Pompano Beach. According to Ms. Geller, “Keystaff chose the complex due to its great location for recruiting, clean, safe grounds and great parking.” Ms. Geller and Mr. Silberling represented the landlord, Cypress Commons, LLC. The tenant was represented by co-broker Mark Dreyer of ReMax Advantage Plus.
