Carla Casey, Regional Manager, Property Management and Bert Freehof, Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, were responsible for the following sale:
*Republic Marina, LLC has purchased the FCB Fort Pierce Marina, a 43,560 SF marina property at 1004-1010 Seaway Drive, Fort Pierce, FL, as an investment purchase. Ms. Casey and Mr. Freehof represented the seller, FCB Fort Pierce Inlet Marina, LLC. Co-Broker representing the buyer was Michelle Ash of Simply Marinas. Sale price was $2,400,000.
Carla Casey, Regional Manager, Property Management and Colette Wood, Commercial Leasing & Sales, negotiated the following lease:
*Simchat Torah Beit Midrash, Inc., a Hebrew school, has leased 3,600 SF of retail space within Centre at Suntree, 6300 N. Wickham Road, Melbourne, FL. Ms. Casey and Ms. Wood represented the landlord, Sterwick Development Corp. The tenant was represented by Joyce Keesey of Keller Williams.
Helen Weissman, CCIM, Commercial Associate and Kathleen Alberts, CCIM, Senior Vice President, Brokerage, handled the following lease:
*US-Store Maintenance Service, LLC, a newly established party rental business, has leased a 6,150 SF industrial bay at 1040 SW 10th Avenue, Pompano Beach, FL. According to Ms. Weissman, the tenant chose the property for its I-95 frontage. Ms. Weissman and Ms. Alberts represented the landlord, Elliot Slavis, LP. The tenant represented itself.

*USA Trust Title, LLC, an eight-year-old title company, has leased 3,200 SF of office/flex space within Cypress Creek Professional Park, 2001-2005 West Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL in a relocation of its corporate headquarters from within Fort Lauderdale. Ms. Geller and Ms. Alberts represented the landlord, Butters & Butters General Partnership c/o Butters Construction. Co-broker representing the tenant was John Tucker of USA Trust Realty, Inc.
Helen Weissman,CCIM, Commercial Associate, negotiated the following lease:
*The Electric Toy Store, LLC has leased 2,600 SF of office/showroom/warehouse space within Andrews Commercenter, 1383 SW 12 Ave., Pompano Beach, FL for its corporate headquarters location. Ms. Weissman represented the tenant. The landlord, Andrews Commercenter, represented itself.
