*Lakes Electronics, an electronics store which provides sales, repair and installation, has leased 8,976 SF of space within Pompano Merchandise Mart, 2101 West Atlantic Blvd, Pompano Beach, FL. Mr. Eisner represented the landlord, West Atlantic Holdings, LLC. The tenant represented itself.
Helen Weissman, CCIM, Senior Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, handled the following lease:
*Keolis Transit America, Inc., a transportation company in operation for 20 years, has leased 8,000 SF of warehouse space within 2201 NW 16th Street, Pompano Beach, FL in a relocation from within Pompano Beach. Ms. Weissman represented the landlord, Killdare LLC. The tenant was represented by co-broker John Dohm of Infinity Commercial Real Estate.
