*IPVisions, LLC, a security and building systems integrator in operation for 12 years, has leased 2,250 SF of industrial/flex space within Cypress Business Center, 5801-5821 N. Andrews Way, Fort Lauderdale, FL for its corporate headquarters location in a relocation from Tucson, AZ. IPVisions provides services ranging from security needs assessments, implementation services, project management and post installation support contracts for physical security and building systems. According to Ms. Geller, IPVisions selected the property for its proximity to I-95 just off the Cypress Creek Road exit. Ms. Alberts, Ms. Geller and Ms. Garbarino represented the landlord, Elizabeth Morris Avenue Center Associates LP. The tenant represented itself.
Helen Weissman, CCIM, Senior Vice President, Commercial Brokerage, was responsible for the following lease:
*GDN Import/Export Inc., a two-year-old importer and exporter of home goods, has leased 1,827 SF of office/showroom/flex space within Newtown Commerce Park, 3750 Oakes Road, Davie, FL. Ms. Weissman represented the tenant. The landlord, Adler Group, represented themselves.
Ken Silberling, Vice President Commercial Brokerage and Betty Geller, Commercial Associate, negotiated the following lease renewal:
*Flagship Financial Services, LLC, a mortgage banking team in operation for 26 years, has renewed its lease of 2,745 SF of office space within Cypress Commons, 1500 W. Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale, FL for its corporate headquarters location. Mr. Silberling and Ms. Geller represented the landlord, Cypress Commons, LLC.
