Bergman Real Estate Group Announces Lease Transaction at 333 Meadowlands Parkway in Secaucus, N.J.

Custom Server Provider ZT Group International Signs Full-Floor Lease to Meet Expansion Needs

Bergman Real Estate Group, a privately owned real estate investment firm that owns and manages office properties throughout New Jersey, today announced that ZT Group International, Inc. has signed a 23,451-square-foot lease at 333 Meadowlands Parkway in Secaucus, N.J.

ZT Group International, a leading provider of customized server solutions for large-scale data centers signed a long-term lease to occupy the entirety of the building’s second floor. With this transaction, the six-story, 138,000-square-foot office building with attached retail space is now 90 percent leased.

“When we were informed that an existing tenant had decided to relocate to New York, it created an opportunity to lease the space for a longer term, with no downtime and minimal construction,” said John G. Osborne, executive director of leasing and marketing for Bergman Real Estate Group.  “With ZT Group seeking to expand upon its nearby headquarters, it was an ideal situation for all parties involved.”

Colliers International Executive Managing Director Frank Lopriore represented the tenant in the transaction.

“Officials at ZT Group were impressed with the quality of the ownership as well as the preeminent location of 333 Meadowlands Parkway,” Lopriore said. “The space provided the firm with the ability to get up and running with minimal renovation in a familiar locale.”

Part of 980-acre Harmon Cove mixed-use campus, 333 Meadowlands Parkway recently underwent an approximately $2-million capital improvement program that included the addition of an Alucobond composite façade. There is on-site building management as well as an on-site restaurant and Chase Bank branch with drive-thru.

Less than one mile from the Exit 15X interchange of the New Jersey Turnpike and Secaucus Junction Train Station, the building provides easy access to the area’s major highways such as the Garden State Parkway, I-495, I-280, I-78, and Routes 3, 17, 46, 1 and 9. It is also convenient to both New York City and Newark Liberty Airport and is near a host of restaurants, hotels and retail centers.
